The Conscious Growth Convergence is our annual gathering where hundreds of people come together to co-create a temporary village rooted in music, art, ecological education, ceremony, and community.

Building on the inspiration of the Convergence, ReVillaging is a seasonal learning journey exploring ecological stewardship, community resilience, and regenerative ways of living.

our story

Conscious Growth was founded in 2020 from a simple question:


What would it take to cultivate more resilient communities?


What began as a vision gradually grew through years of community organizing, ecological education, placemaking, music, and cultural stewardship. Along the way, one realization became clear: ecology, culture, education, creativity, and community are not separate paths. They are interconnected, each strengthening and informing the others.


That understanding continues to shape everything we do today.
